Consign

We begin the consignment process with you sending photos of the pieces you would like to consign or making an appointment in our showroom. We carefully curate our collection and take current, on trend pieces that we think we can sell in a short period of time. All items must be in excellent condition.

The % you will receive depends on how much the item sells for:

Your %
Under $999 50%
Over $1000 60%
Over $2500 70%

PRICE FLEXIBILITY
Whilst we will always try and achieve the highest possible sale price on your items, please allow approximately 25% movement around the agreed sale price. If we manage to sell your items for more than the agreed price we will of course honour the higher commissioned amount.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Commission payable will be totalled and paid on a monthly basis. The amount paid will be based on the items sold in the month prior.

UNSOLD ITEMS
Love It Longer will keep the consignors pieces for up to 6 weeks. It is then up to the consignor to pick up articles from the Love It Longer showroom, or they will be kindly donated by our team to local Teachers and Nurses or appropriate charities. Love It Longer also reserves the right to return any unsold items to the consignor at any point in time.

ADVERTISING
By providing your items for sale, you consent to your items being photographed and promoted online or on social media.

AUTHENTICATION
Genuine documents confirming ‘Authenticity’ must be provided by the consignor. If not provided, Love it Longer will ‘Authenticate’ items using a 3ʳᵈ party at the consignors expense (approximately $55).

MENDING & DRY-CLEANING
Anything that needs dry cleaning or mending will be at the expense of the consignor and will simply be deducted off the commission payable on the sale of the goods.
