WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
We provide original receipts of purchase and where applicable authenticity cards. In the absence of these items, we authenticate the items via a third party.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
Once the garment sells, we transfer monthly into your account.

Love It Longer is a family based business with over 20 years experience in the fashion industry and a wide network of contacts. Love It Longer aims to promote slow fashion with well-known brands. Pre-loved garments are sourced and given another life. Love It Longer is also a platform for industry identities and like-minded businesses ti promote their support for circular fashion and sustainability.
COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Commission payable will be totalled and paid on a monthly basis. The amount paid will be based on the items sold in the month prior.
UNSOLD ITEMS
Love It Longer reserves the right to return any unsold items to the consignor at any point in time. Once contacted to pick up their items, the consignor will have 7 days to pick up their articles from the Love It Longer showroom, or they will be kindly donated by our team to local teachers and nurses or appropriate charities.
